Saiid and I met 7 years ago when I was first considering putting my house on the market. Due to the market changing around that time, I decided to hold off on selling. We maintained our relationship over those 7 years. In February, 2026 I decided it was time to list my property for sale. The listing went live on March 7, 2026. Multiple showings the first day, as well as offers. We held an open house the next day which yield a great turnout, and more offers. On March 9, 2026 the house was under contract. Every offer received was over asking. Today, April 28, 2026 we closed on the property. The entire process went smooth.
